DEXTROCARDIA


• Dextrocardia is a condition where the heart is abnormally located on the right side of the thorax.
   Isolated dextrocardia is a condition where the heart is abnormally located on the right side of the thorax.
   Dextrocardia situs inversus refers to the heart is a condition where the heart is abnormally located on the right side of the thorax.
   Dextrocardia situs inversus totalis is a condition where the heart is abnormally located on the right side of the thorax.
• ECG findings associated with dextrocardia include:
   Positively deflected P, QRS, T in aVR
   Negatively deflected P, QRS, T in I
   Dominant S wave and reverse R-wave progression in V1-6
   Low voltage QRS in V4-6
   Right axis deviation
